Message I had a timing belt break back in february and just recently got my car running again after a head rebuild, left the bottom end together. This job included a timing belt job obviously, which I have done no less than 4 times and have got it lined up perfect every time and had a second set of eyes double check me before I put it all back together, so I dont think the physical timing is off.

Car details:
-93 NA
-EGR system eliminated
-PRVR system eliminated(capped at intake hose and looped hose from FPR to vacuum port.
-Eliminated air regulator for warmup idle.
-Vapor canister still hooked up
-Code 55 (read from NProbe)
-Brand new engine temp sensor
-TPS reading at .44v from NProbe
-Temp looked higher than normal when the hesitation started, hovering around 196 which is higher than it has been for a few days.(when I manually forced the ECU temp down with the NProbe the idle seemed to smooth, but I wast driving like that so I dont know if the hesitation went away.

Problem #1: The main reason I came is this.... I have been driving the car for the last 3 days with no issue at all. Have driven around with my computer hooked up to my car watching all of my readings and everything has seemed ok, except possibly timing which i will address further down. Well today I drive to and from work and get home change real quick and go back out to the car to go to the gym and when i get on the accelerator I feel a hesitation/miss. Not really the heavy miss that you get from a dead injector, more like the light miss I got when my knock sensor went dead(which has been bypassed with the resistor). So I am wondering what your thoughts are on this.

Problem #2: I am having an issue with timing. Ever since I got the car going again I have been having issue checking my timing because the ECU timing has mostly been hovering down around 6-8 instead of the 15 that it is supposed to be. Yesterday after driving it home it did stop and hold 15 steady when idling but otherwise it seems to be reading low. Like I said above I would say I am 100% certain I lined the timing belt up correct. I have done alot of searching but the issues I keep finding are peoples whos timing is reading more advanced(i.e. 20 degrees instead of 15) This could very well be a CAS issue, but this CAS was working perfectly before i pulled the engine apart and never had a problem holding at 15 degrees. Im looking for other opinions or possibly a good test for the CAS to show if it is ok, other than swapping out for a known good one.

Problem #3: High idle. Since getting the car together I have had a higher than normal idle and with the idle control cranked to the lowest setting I am still sitting at 875-900 rpm. This could very well be an issue with the hard idle switch, but I am still looking into this one since I have not reset the TPS since getting the engine back in the car...but it is still reading at .44v which is right in the sweet spot. I am only listing this here now because it may be relevant to one or both issues.

Ive done a fair amount of searching and I have a pretty good knowledge of this car, but I am posting this here in hopes of getting some opinions while I am working on troubleshooting myself. Any help would be much appreciated.
